Sims wins on F3 return at Silverstone

Alexander Sims produced a masterful performance in tricky conditions to win the final reversed grid race of the British Formula 3 season at Silverstone this morning. A damp but drying circuit prompted half the grid to switch to wet tyres before the start while the rest stuck with slicks
