Q and A: Dallara?s Jos Claes on new F3

Dallara released details of its 2012 Dallara F312 Formula 3 car at Zandvoort's Masters of Formula 3 last weekend. The new-for-2012 car will conform to current F1 safety standards and feature a raft of cost-cutting measures in line with the FIA's new regulations.
