RoC switches to Dusseldorf
This year's 24th edition of the Race of Champions will be held in Dusseldorf's ESPRIT arena on 3-4 December. The German venue, which also hosted last year's end-of-season event, replaces Frankfurt's Commerzbank-Arena after a late clash of dates forced RoC organisers to find a new venue. While Dusseldorf's experience of hosting the RoC counted in its favour, its close proximity to Frankfurt was also a key factor as organisers hope to attract existing ticket-holders to the new venue
